Shipping Policy
- Order Processing: We strive to process all orders within 1-2 business days of receipt for in-stock items. Custom orders take about 4-6 weeks from finalization of design unless fabric needs to be ordered. We will be very clear on expected delivery time. Orders placed after 5 PM CST on Friday will be processed the following Monday.
- Shipping Methods: We offer standard ground shipping (5-7 business days) and expedited shipping (2-3 business days) within the continental US.
- Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight and dimensions of your order and your shipping address. You will see the total shipping cost at checkout.
- International Shipping: We do not currently offer international shipping, but hope to in the future. Please reach out if you are an international customer and we will see if it is feasible.
- Tracking Information: Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
- Lost or Damaged Items: If your order is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. We will work with you to resolve the issue.
